Each date is carefully pitted and generously filled with our house-made toasted pistachio butter, slow-roasted to bring out a deep, earthy warmth with a distinctly rich and buttery character. The filled date is then hand-dipped in 100% single-origin Peruvian cacao — dark, velvety, and perfectly tempered for a satisfying snap.
